Mac Carter, Principal & Co-Founder

Mac’s career spans 40 years of operational management, coaching, team-building, leadership development and large scale cultural transformation initiatives.

As a consultant, Mac’s work has impacted over 100 organizations and more than 7,000 managers and leaders in organizations across the U.S., Canada and Europe. He specializes in designing and implementing cultural change initiatives.

Mac’s education includes a B.A. in Business (Gettysburg College) and a Master of Science in Business Management & Organization Development (George Washington University). He enjoys speaking on topics such as “Leading the Process of Change” and “Success Management”.

Mac draws on his background in the martial art of Aikido, practices Tai Chi and deeply enjoys adventure traveling, photography, ocean kayaking, fishing and sailing.

Penny Carter, Principal & Co-Founder

Penny brings 19 years of international product development and manufacturing management experience plus 20 years specializing in leadership development to support her work as an organization consultant.

As a consultant, Penny specializes in coaching executives on leadership effectiveness and team development challenges. She is skilled at assessing complex business situations, developing teams and integrating operational goals with human resource objectives. She has extensive experience in facilitating corporate-wide cultural change projects.

Penny’s background includes a B.S. in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, the Executive Development Program at Penn State University, as well as extensive training in coaching skills and organizational development. She is passionate about the outdoors, finds joy in ocean kayaking, hiking and camping, and Pilates training.
